As a boutique tour operator, our private guides are often fully booked days in advance. Please feel free to call us if you wish to reserve a tour with less than 24 hours' notice, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We strongly suggest that you complete the Reservation Request Form, as email and phone calls are secondary priorities. Our priority is to guests who request a tour on our website and use the Reservation Request Form, providing the details we need to send a price quote within 24 hours.

If we are out of the office coordinating tours, please feel free to leave a message, and we will call you back as soon as we return. Please remember to tell us what country you are calling from so that we can get back to you at the right time. If you leave a voice mail message and do not receive a reply within 24 hours, it is due to one of the reasons below:
• Returning your message was not possible due to high call volumes, or we are completely booked during the date and time you are requesting.
• Your voice message was inaudible due to the distortion that sometimes happens with international calls.
• You forgot to tell us which country you are calling from, or you did not provide a country code with your phone number.
• Your hotel concierge did not leave a voice message with your name, room number, or the name of your hotel.
• Your return phone number could not be reached due to rare restrictions that can occur with US and EU carriers, especially with mobile phones.
